Consultant verbally abused me after I declined a call

At 10:07 today, I received a call from a woman who identified herself as Michelle, calling on behalf of this business from the number +***4. I politely informed her that I was not interested. The consultant then ended the call by calling me a “stupid *****.” This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. No business representative has the right to verbally abuse a potential or unwilling contact simply for declining a call. I would like confirmation of: Whether this individual is associated with the business What disciplinary action will be taken That my number has been permanently removed from their contact list I am extremely disappointed and expect this matter to be addressed seriously.
