<p>i called the DSTV ccc and spoke to a humble lady by the name of Lungile Manana .... i was annoyed from this morning as my issue is still not sorted out with the price lock mess, i explained to her how inconvenienced and unhappy i am about the service received and less communication. </p> <p>she assured me that my issue is escalated and explained in detail how the process goes, She has excellent product knowledge and the industry needs a lot of people line Lungile Manana someone that can twist your frustration to a smile during and after the call.</p> <p>i decided to complement her in the interim as i wait for an answer regarding the price lock mess that i am suddenly in,</p>
