Consultant call with no apparent reason

Received a call from *** at around 11H12 I can't disclose her name. She said she was from DSTV multichoice. I asked hi What is is wrong with my DSTV account And she said"who said anything is wrong with your DSTV " I told her I'm just surprised because you re calling me and I'm on duty. She said... So we not supposed to call you I told her this is my phone stop being rude

She said no man you must stop and hang up on me

So I would like for her to call me again and tell me why she hung up on me and why she was calling me in the first place
