Constant freezing problems
<p>I am Nontobeko Majokweni and I am frustrated with your service. I have called do many times trying yo sort out out this freezing problem with my decoder. All I'm told is that on your side it's fine. Look there is obviously an interference somewhere sort this out ASAP I know I'm not the only one complaining</p>

Kindly note your services are active on our side and we recommend you take the decoder in for testing at the nearest Multichoice agency or service center.
If the decoder is tested and confirmed to be working, you will then need to contact an installer to come check your installation.
