CONSTANT DSTV INTERRUPTION
Good Day Please can someone explain to us why every single day, late afternoon into the night, we repeatedly get an error message on our screen E32-4, saying that they are validating our smart card and subscription (*** customer number) and this might take a few minutes. Hours later we are still waiting, phoning DSTV is an exercise in futility, no one answers the phone. This is a service that is paid for every month by debit order and we are not getting what we are paying for. Please can someone sort this out asap
