constant disregard of customer opinion

It is not the first, second or third time that I have written to you guys to consider bringing back a channel so easy of us use to enjoy on dstv back. Back in the days, you used to show nigerian indegineous movie(yoruba movies) every weekend. This made me buy my first person which could record 2 channels simultaneously then. All of a sudden, you stopped showing these movies without any consultation or feeling of how your customers might react. You have since created a channel for these movies and have been clamouring for this channel to be added to SARN channels but no, you wouldn't do it, you rather bring in channels that you want irrespective of if lots of people watch it or other. <br> To my uttermost surprise, you guys sent me an sms saying I should pay r2.26 else you will disconnect me like really! It's just unfortunate that you guys treat us like this because you know you have all the content and no one can rival you.<br> One day, this your monopoly will come to an end.
