Constant disconnections alleging non-payment

I have been a customer since the early days of M-net and have always paid by debit order. I have never been in arrears. I pay for 2 subscriptions for me + Mother. In January I had guests staying at my holiday flat and instructed the call centre to turn the holiday decoder on on 26/1/15 and off again on 8/2/15. Several months later I noticed large amounts coming off my account for Multichoice. I called the call centre who couldn't explain the exorbitant charges. Two amounts were coming off monthly, one amount being equal to two monthly premium subscriptions plus another amount for a premium subscription. The call centre couldn't explain the additional amount and advised me to speak to my bank to have the charges reversed which I did. Then my Mother's account was switched off with a notice informing the account was in arrears. After many calls to the call centre it was established that my Mothers decoder was the separate amount that I reversed and the extra amount on the other account was for the holiday account that was never fully disconnected despite my instruction to turn it off, apparently only recording functions were switched off not the viewing functions.<br> No characters left
