Considering Netflix

This last weekend the decider would go off and they told me it's my connection and when it went off while watching realised that it could be the decider itself. So there was no signal during the latter part of morning and afternoon. After changing settings there was no signal from them at all. So both frequencies dont work and cant say it's a decider as it worked fine until there was no signal.
