Being billed for access fee and PVR function which was never mentioned to me the last 30 years. New customer pays R979 per month and i are charged R1270. Trying to reslove this vertually impossible. No feedback on email and no joy with the call center. Tried to see the CEO but these people dont communicate with the bottom of the food chain. Imagine after 30 years of committed loyalty to them.
