Conned by DSTV
Prompted by advertising, I bought a new DSTV Explora today to replace my HD PVR Paid an installer for a new LNB and the installation. Upon calling DSTV to activate the Explora was told that due to systems migration I will not be able to use my new decoder for the next 5 days! I'm paying to use DSTV every day, but they are quite happy to sell you stuff that you cannot use! Can't go back to the old decoder as the new LNB is incompatible! Ridiculous!
