Conned and **** to be DSTV

On Monday 19/07 I was called up by a DSTV Price Lock agent offering a 24 month price lock offer of R839 per month for 24 months for the premium package and 2 explorer decoders which I currently have. I advised the agent to call me back on 21/07 to think it over. She called back and confirmed that I would pay the R839 per month starting on 01 August 2021. After we had spoken I checked this with their customer service team and this is not the case and that my current payment will apply form 01/08. I feel conned as no changes are made to my existing profile and that IF the deal only applies form 01 September she should have told me. I do not want to mention her name in this forum but would appreciate a call back from the price lock team to please confirm the proper information. I feel **** to and conned by the DSTV team.
