Connection issue

I have a DSTV account and I am suppose to pay on the 25th and I always pay on the 25th, but you guys always add an extra charge now I must pay a reconnection fee for what? Honestly I am not happy, even your customer service personnel are rude and not even helping. I am going to downgrade to your cheapest subscription because I am paying for nothing basically😠
