CONFUSSION

I called DStv on 18/02/2019 to inquire about the credit I should have on the DSTV account after paying R600.00 and a consultant advised that she does not know, I must call billing on ********** which I did but no one answered. I'm very confused now. ID NUMBER 670 ********** 087
