Confusing statements

After inquiring about an error on my statement, I received a revised statement. This statement is 2 and 1/2 pages long, probably 40 entries. Reversals and entries and reversals. There is no way that a customer can understand what is being charged for, completely misleading. Despite numerous attempts via e-mail and telephone I still don't have an answer or a simple basic statement explaining what I am being charged for. I also logged onto the website to get my statements and those are just as confusing with multiple entries and reversals.
