Confusing feedback

I heard about the special of Dstv Compact Plus, then last week Thursday I inboxed them on FB Messenger, I was told to sms Yes to that particular number, till today the upgrade is not done, which they said it will take 24 hours. Then just now I text again on Messenger asking what happened, I was told to call in which I did an hour ago.

I was told by the call center agent that I was supposed to sms Yes using the what's app number and now the special ended yesterday so unfortunately they can't upgrade me.

To my surprise this people are all confused and confusing as well, I am so fed up right now. Please hire competent staff that knows exactly what they are doing. I still want my upgrade of R460 ASAP ????????
