Confused much?
<p>I received an SMS from DSTV on the 6th of October at 08h51 informing me of my overdue account of R457.32. I immediately made an EFT payment of R620 to Multichoice. About 2 hours later, at 11h52, I got an SMS saying my payment has been received. At 14h37, I got another SMS saying my services have been suspended and I need to pay an amount of R507.32. I tried to log into my DSTV online account and I've noticed I cant view my balance to see how much was actually due. I fail to understand how DSTV can send 3 SMSs in a space of a few hours. What is the correct info seeing as I can no longer check this online? This is totally unprofessional!</p>

That is incorrect. I got an SMS to say I must pay just under R347. But R459 * 2 = R918. That's what I should have been charged. I've paid R620 plus the R347 which is R967. The difference is R49. What adjustments are you talking about?
