Confused agents! Poor customer service! Incompetence at its best!

This was the offer offered to me while I was on DSTV compact plus, I took it from March 3rd for R650. At the end of the month when I had to go pay for my next month which would be April, my balance was R977, which stunned me. I made numerous attempts attempts to get a solution to this issue through Multichoice agents on FB, Twitter, phone calls, nothing was done all I got were “ our technicians are looking into it, bare in mind some agents told me this offer had ended others didn’t know about the offer, and all this time my balance keeps going up to the R1000s, from a mere R650. My Dstv has been disconnected as if I’m at fault here, not a single person got back to me as to what was going on, appauling really to say the least
