Hi<br> <br> I have the account with Multichoice DSTV Compact with a monthly subscription of R319 plus a decoder insurance of R20 which total to R339<br> <br> On my credit record it shows my monthly subscription of R1337 and the arreas of R1337 Which is incorrect and that alone leads a bank declining my Home loan application due to affordability as it show wrong instalment/Information<br> I have requested a latter from Multichoice confirming my monthly subscription so that i can provide to the bank<br> I have receive a email from Nonhlanhla read as follow:<br> Dear Mr Mkhonza<br> <br> This serves to confirm that the monthly subscription for customer number ***3 is R339.00:<br> <br> DSTV Compact R319.00<br> Decoder Care Contract R20.00<br> <br> Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> <br> Nonhlanhla Sibanda<br> Multichoice Enquiries team<br> <br> This not a latter buy an email that doesn'st have a company Logo,which i cant proof to the bank its from Mutlichoice,The request is simple,i request a latter from Multichoice not an Email which proofs that my Montly subscribtion is R319<br> <br> <br>
