Con into paying for services not connected

My name is Bonita Breda. I am disgusted with the service I got from multi choice today I con into paying for services I did not received and now I am being told the try their is another amount outstanding to which was not there this morning and will behave all the proof of chats as I was told to only pay R109 I paid it and now I being told sorry it was a mistake but the system and the 4 other agents for even called spoke to Zama she also confirmed my account was up-to-date no outstanding amounts.16:00 I spoke to another agent and she adamant I owe outstanding monies there she can't connect my services I feel betrayed and no apology can make up for it it's either they connect my services for that R109 or refund me the money and close my account for good weekend the them
