Con artists

This is the second time I complain about Dstv even though I know it’s not going to change anything. Dstv has decided to **** me, I went from paying R886 to R1164. When I try to understand what I’m paying for and rectify this issue two agents I believe from the Cape Town office made my account even worse Luyanda and Ntobeko cancelled my showmax and added ridiculous fees where they can’t even explain it themselves. As for Ntobeko who promised to call me back after an hour which didn’t happen hence I’m here to help me. Since Saturday I’ve been trying to fix this situation it’s Wednesday and I’ve been disconnected. The call reference for the 2 *********** agents is below: ***9-I 966
