Compliment for Sinazo at DStv

I would like to compliment Sinazo who helped us today when we called your contact centre on *** with troubleshooting our Decoder. My mother clicked the reset to Default option by mistake and Sinazo was able to help us fix the problem as Step 4 kept telling us "not enough signal" Sinazo was professional and efficient. She waited on the call until it was 100% resolved and we had the picture back. She was friendly and pleasant. We need more people like Sinazo. She is a star.
