Compliment for Molatelo and Tumelo at DStv customer service

After a week of dissatisfaction with the DStv service when my Compact Xtra view decoder had missing channels I decided to call DStv call centre for assistance the agent who was helping me seemed to know his job well but to my surprise the next day all channels dissapeared I then called again and i was told that i had called previously to cancell my subscription i was very upset because it had been a week without TV news and sports for me I called for the third time and spoke to Molatelo who was very patient and helpful i then requested to speak to a team leader then she transferred me to Tumelo thank you so much Molatelo and Tumelo for you effectiveness my problem was resolved seamlessly keep up the good work guys. i wish your management could hire people who love their job and not just to get a salary because those young stars that are working there are a gimmick they don't have a sense of agency and they are so disengaged
