Today i phoned DSTV call centre to get a new subscription. with this call it felt like the agent "Palesa Libilo" knew what i want just by listening to me and i would like to applaud her and whomever trained because she showed that she knows her products, she's patient, she is accurately straight to the point and she stayed in control of the conversation without rushing me and not listening to what i want aligned with my budget.
