compliant against dstv

i would like to lay a complaint against dstv. i went to the nearest dstv office in Mafikeng to ask for an upgrade of the premium special that they are having now for 6 months. i went their numerous times to check with them if they activated via the special of R699. it now came to my attention that i was debited an amount of R809 and not of the special. the lady that helped me kept telling me she will call me to verify but never did. i only took the premium package because i could afford the R699 for 6 months not the money they charged me
