<p>I just called dstv call centre asking them to suspend my account as my tv is currently not working. Now they told me if it was the decoder that has a problem they were going to suspend it but since it's not their problem they can't. I must wait for my debut order to run before the suspend it. I'm extremely unhappy as I'm one of the loyal customers and I pay via debit order every month. They don't care about their customer they only carefor themselves. </p>

Please note that your DStv service is a monthly fixed contract meaning the service should remain active till the end of the current month.
For this reason, we can only schedule for your DStv service to disconnect on the next payment date.
As advised from the call centre, an immediate disconnection of service can only be done from our DStv Walk in centres or agencies. This will entirely depend on the technical fault found on the decoder. Sadly, there's no DStv service disconnection applicable due a faulty television set.
