completely annoyed

I am completely annoyed with the service I am getting from multichoice/dstv. we pay a lot of money every month and barely ever get any satisfaction when we have queries. Last night, all of a sudden we only have 5 Box office movies and only 3 on demand shows... what happened to the rest of it? I called through and had to wait 10 minutes before I finally got through to someone who could help me. He then told me that if I have too many recordings, box office and on demand won't work. this is absolute bull! I have had DSTV for the last 12 years and can guarantee you that this is not the truth. Now, once I've gotten home, I need to call AGAIN and probably wait another 10 minutes (on MY call) for someone to sort out my system, this is ridiculous! I am so annoyed. all of a sudden APPLE TV is looking like a much better option.
