Complete Struggle to have a Change of Ownership done!!!

My mother's life partner past away in Nov 2017 and we are struggling with Multichoice to get the Change of Ownership done from the deceased's name to her name! We are being shifted from one division to the next and after many phone calls and emails, we are rather frustrated. My mom has moved into an old age home in the Western Cape and she is a 100 kilometers from the nearest town. I am assisting her with all the paperwork and I have sent all the relevant documents through to Multichoice but its like talking to a wall. It is a disgrace that anyone should struggle to like this. As pensioners, they are on a R30.00 per month DSTV package. The phone calls to date to get the change of ownership done has cost a lot more that the stupid R30 per month fee!! If Multichoice is not equipped to do a change of ownership, they must simply say so and not frustrate the very customer base they are trying to cling onto!!

Here we go again!! I have submitted all the relevant details to "Dinah" again on 12 February 2018 and Friday my mom's decoder got suspended AGAIN!! Can DSTV actually catch a wake up?? To respond with "We acknowledge receiving your complaint. Feedback will be communicated to you shortly" means NOTHING as they don't do anything after that. My query is still HANGING!
