My name is SJ Ramoeletsi I paid my account 05th December 2022 using online banking, on the 06th I received a massage that my account was suspended because they didn't received payment, I sent them proof of payment and they said I must pay extra money because it was late payment, i always pay on the 05 of every month but there was no issues, now they are giving me options how can I pay. Poor customer service.
