<p>Multichoice changed my dstv package from R345.00 to R99.00 ,as I requested them to do so on 03/05/3016,I paid the R99.00 and they only gave me chaneks for the R99.00 package,but they keep disconnecting my services and charging me for reconnection fees,they were not supposed to disconnect me in the first place,why are theyvcharging me for reconnection?when ever I call,they promise to reverse the arrears permanantely,but they never do.I always have to call them every week.</p>
