Complaints

I canceled my Dstv Last year March 2019 when finished my price lock contract. In April, May, Jun, July R203, R289,R375, 399 was deducted respectively. Apparently Dstv acc was activated without my consent. What is going on I want answers and I want my money back. I have been on hold with DStvCare call center for 1h30 minutes and call was dropped. See attached screen shot. Is this how you treat your customers???
