Complaints

This is utter disrespect first of all a person's complaint is not taken in too consideration. I call the call centre to finf out how much I must pay for my service to my surprise the agent gave me the figures but I was still charged R300 for for which she didn't even know was about. Am still waiting on the team manager to call me this was a month ago. Today I get a call for debt collectors saying I owe R200 for what???? Sort out your **** systems and stop harrassing me for almost 4 months without any dstv services nor communication this is what a person gets.
