COMPLAINT UNRESOLVED BY MULTICHOICE AFTER 1 MONTH!!!!!!
Multi choice DSTV - useless. Next step is Facebook complaints as DSTV do not take HelloPeter seriously. I have complained twice before on this platform. DSTV HAVE NOT RESOLVED MY COMPLAINT. After asking DSTV to cancel, I received a WhatsApp saying they are debiting my account on the 25th January!!!!! They must cancel my account. I am in the UK. They can contact me via mail.
