COMPLAINT! UNACCEPTABLE RIDICULOUS SERVICE DELIVERY!

Purchased done for decoder with installion online, this was a black Friday special. Order confirmed via email, no further updates form there. Products not even added to my customer profile. I had to do follow ups myself, just to get info that the order was either not placed, then courier issues, when tracking link received, my order number is for a date of last year (which by the way I did not even order anything last year), escalation upon escalation, to which I have to do the follow-up myself. Customer Care agents trying to help me best possible (thank you) , but ball gets dropped once it's been escalated or dropped and product and service delivery! It's been THREE WEEKS now and no decoder, no dish, no installation! Either I need it done and installed TODAY (14 Dec. 2023) or immediate clearance refund in order for me nto take my business elsewhere!

(Ironically I have worked in customer services, QA, complaints and courier services before and know how procedures work).

I was even lenient enough to give more time / grace period / ample time, (as I know how escalations go), for this issue to be resolved, but, still not resolved! Unacceptable! Ridiculous Service Delivery.

Again, It's been THREE WEEKS now and no decoder, no dish, no installation! Either I need it done and installed TODAY (14 Dec. 2023) or immediate clearance refund in order for me nto take my business elsewhere!
