Complaint to DStv

We cancel our subscription end of okt. We do also a stop order as the bank still there were ducted the amount, we phone and they refund, today 31 12 2021 received an sms that the amount 1800.something will be debited on the 3/01/2022 We phone them they said that our subscription was reset again and that it show that someone at dstv reactivate our account and the money will go of and then we can phone again for a refund, that doesn't work like that we are fed up and everytime it cost us money. Dstv us very poor service and also there consultants are not very good at there job
