complaint of Service rendered

Good day DSTV, I hope you well, i would like to lay a complaint for the service which have been getting from you ranging from Billing entries which are not consistent with agreement which made with you and the numerous calls i have made to on a number of occasions which have not been resolved and did not receive any feedback from you
