COMPLAINT NON-EXISTENT CUSTORMER SERVICE FROM DSTV

Non-existent customer service! I was contacted by a sales rep in Feb 2020 selling me special all inclusive deal of R799 for 12 month (pending confirmation from myself that I have the correct splitter box installed so as to be compatible with the new decoder) - it was agreed that the sales person will phone me at 16h30 to complete the transaction. Nobody phoned!! I followed up multiple times but with no luck. Eventually escalated to *** on 12 March who informed me that my complaint was escalated to the price lock department. Today, Monday 16 March I requested them to provide feedback again, and you guessed it, NO RESPONSE
