Complaint no premium they haven't put me back on.

Dstv has given me the run around first I called to go down to compact had a change of mind two weeks later and called to be put back to premium, my tv is still on contact and they tell me I am on premium and don't switch me on. Please help, when I called the first two times they kept the call connected, I could only get my call canceled the third time by telling them what was going on.
