Complaint Multichoice.

When I personally went to see them regarding a contract, me being a Sassa member, I was given the pricelock option for R550. Then all of a sudden, they increased my subscription to R959, I again called on them and was told that I was to young to receive Sassa and they could not downgrade to a more affordable option. I then requested them to cancel the contract, but to no avail. I called on them frequently and every time spoke to a different consultant giving me a different story. Head office also contacted me a few times regarding the cancellation of my contract, but I was told again and again, that the contract cannot be cancelled. I feel that this is an unfair practice, as when I went to see them in the first instance, why could they not have been honest with me. They only did their own thing and I was totally ignored.
