Complaint letter
Dear DStv (MultiChoice)
I regret to state that I’ve been your client for about five years now (More/less) but unfortunately, I found great trouble with the consultant I spoke to her name is Zinhle yesterday (Date: 31/10/24). Your wait times are long and to my surprise you do not have a wait time, I experienced poor service quality from Zinhle and her friend Sipesihle (claiming to be a Team Leader) My issue was the automated system (the WhatsApp chat). Sipesihle didn’t even offer as much as an apology for this conduct or resolving my query as a Team Leader.
I believe it is in your best interest to please take strict action regarding the above-mentioned matter.
I appreciate Irene Msimango for taking responsibility for her colleague/s mistake and working hard to correct them, Thank you for taking out your precious time in solving my problems and explaining the concept to me.
