Saturday 08/01/2021 dstv cut my line off, they say I didn't pay for January and I make my payments on the last day of the month. I made payment for January on the 31st December 2021. I spoke to Nothando on the 8th January 2022 around 8h15. Then I sent them proof of payment via email to *** she couldn't help me. Around 9h00 I called again and spoke to Nolusindiso Tamse she also asked for proof of payment and I gave her. She was so brilliant, she helped me within few minutes. By the way I'm using my airtime. It was finished I had to go by another airtime. Monday the 10/1/2022 when I woke up my DSTV was cut again. Called them and spoke to Sthemiso and he told me to send my proof of payment then I told him I did, he said no I have to send it via PDF. To do that I have to go to the library to do that. I said I can't. Then I asked to speak to the manager then he reconnected my DSTV. Then today the 14/1/2022 when I woke up again DSTV is cut off again. Called and spoke to Lulutho Nontsile he said I didn't pay for January 2022 and I have to pay R585 reconnect fee. I told him I paid and gave him ID no and he recollected the previous information I send them. Then within few minutes DSTV was reconnected. The unfortunate thing is that I can't catch up because of this on and off of this *********** workers that they hire at DSTV. I'M Really disappointed in them. I've been paying at PEP STORE since I started using DSTV and have never experienced such.
