Complaint

I have made more three calls to the Multichoice Call Centre to change my service from Premium with Extra View for which I was using a dish. I am no longer using a dish and want to convert my service to streaming. Yesterday, Nomfundo Sihlungo refused to give me her name and she dropped the call. I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years and if I cannot be assisted then I will be cancelling my service. Please assist.
