Complaint

I constantly get consultants quoting invalid amounts on my account, I never get call backs, the managers refuse to disclose their names. The service is just pathetic, and they have no regard for the clients. I had to pay an absurd amount because of the *********** consultants which is unfair practice as true and factual information was not given as the client. I spent allot on airtime, still I could not be assisted.
