Complaint DSTV services
I called on the 6th of this month to change my package and spoke to an agent after 8am in the morning and received confirmation it was done and made payment the same day. Now my channels don't play and it's saying I owe. No explanation and no communication even thou you do have my email address. This is unfair and you need to reconnect my services.
