Complaint DSTV

HD dual view decoders x 2 - no go I have had to go to Mnet 3 times to exchange these 2 decoders 40kms each time. The decoders work for a few days and then stop saying there is no signal from the primary decoder. I then phone from my cellphone that I am paying for and spend at least half and hour trying to sort these decoders out. The person that I am speaking to says my signal is find and they will get a technical person to phone me. I give them a time to contact me. I have been waiting now for 6 days and no call from them. I am paying R1044 a month for this service yet getting no service. I now understand why people are cancelling this service left right and centre. It cost me as follows 3 x 40km at R2.00 per km. R240 Satellite installer to check cables and connections R1200 Decoder that does not work 15 days per month R40 Cell phone call charges 120 mins R165.52 My total cost and still no commitment from DSTV R1634.52.

This is now totally unacceptable. Maybe should consider burning my decoder and dish and receive R10000.
