Complaint - debit account with additional fees without any explanation

on the 1st of June my debit order for my DSTV account had gone off... With an additional R216 on top of my normal very expensive monthly subscription. I called and the call centre agent was of no help, I logged two complaints on your website and to date had no feedback as to why my account was debit with more money. We had not rented any movies etc. I am very disappointed in the service received and demand my money to be paid back to me.
