Good Day,

I called Multichoice on Thursday 8 April 2021 Spoke to Noluthando she then Transferred me to her manager by the name of Vinod Moonsany I spoke to this guy for an hour and a half he couldn't resolve my issue at all I am moved from pillar to Post.

after half an hour of waiting I spoke to Derrick Govender he Promised me the world telling me that he will resolve the issue within 24 hours today is Monday I am still waiting for him to call me back he told me his the big Boss and he will deal with this issue now.

I have Price lock my amount keeps on changing every month I was told that i will be moved from Compact to Compact plus but to my surprise I am still on Compact Paying Different amounts every month can this Price lock thing be cancelled I am really tired because you always give me false information managers that don't exist what's happening with Multichoice are they trying to be money making scheme

i want my money back or I will have to involve my Lawyers this is not acceptable they longer consider Hello peter even

i reported this on Hello Peter Noluthando Called and Promised me that my account will be sorted and he will call me back he never called
