Complaint
I pay DSTV for my family annually . I first call Multi choice to find out how much will be the total for the year. I called Multi choice on 8 December 2020 on *** and spoke to Mathabo @18:00 and she told me the total amount I needed to pay is R4385 which will cover me for 11 months. All of a sudden the DSTV has been cut off and when I call , Im being sent from pillar to post. This is very painful as DSTV is assisting with education for my family members who are at school. I have been cut off twice today after holding for hours.

15 Oct 2020, 13:16Up until today nobody has called. DSTV opened TV for my family for a few weeks and they have now locked it again without any communication. This is really exasperating and infuriating. I feel like they look at your address and don't bother to communicate with someone from Lucwaba a small village that does not appear in the map.
