Complaint bad service

Good day,

This is a complaint. Was called by multi choice on the 4th June 2021 that they have a promotion for pricelock dstv explore ultra. I'm on compact plus so I signed up and said will be delivered on the 7th June 2021 ***. so installer called 11th June 2021 kept asking for address of which I gave three times already when he arriveat the estate he then said he won't install cause we have a big site lite on site for the whole complex of which it's a plug and go. He said reason he wants to install the decoder and sitelite they were told by dstv to not install decoders only. I made calls was advised they will escalate. I'm being debited for something I don't have. This is not right I need feedback and a written apology.
