What a ridiculous service. I have a dstv internet package of 55g. Every 7days im told Ive run out of data, one agent will say i have data and the next will say ive run out. I am soo tired of this bavk and forth conversations. Theu will not even cancel my subscription because its a conyract thats not even meeting my needs and they are failing to deliver.

Can Dstv just shut down because they are unable to deliver. There is even no statement to show my usage but they can see my data is depleted!

I want that contract cancelled with no cancellation fee so i look for a better service provider!

I need this done urgently.
