Complaint against Multichoice DSTV for closing my service and alleging i owe R7 400

I have had the most unpleasant experience with Multichoice. They closed my access on the 2021-02-10 due to that they allege i owe R7 400. I have been to pillar and post enquiring for the breakdown of this amount. I have 3 smart cards with DSTV, which are as follows: *** *** and holiday view ***. I do not owe any monies as far as i know hence i asked for the breakdown of this amount. Kindly provide me with the breakdown of this amount, what periods do I owe, because I have proof of all the payments. Thank you.
